About Us
The Seafair Commodores have served the Seattle community as the Seafair Festival's official Goodwill Ambassadors since 1955. Active year-round, we represent Seattle and Seafair at festivals throughout the Northwest and British Columbia, as well as community service projects.

We are proud to be one of the five Seafair volunteer "families" -- five distinct volunteer groups that were part of the original founding of the Seafair Festival in the 1940s. The Commodores started as a group of Seattle business leaders who came together to raise money for the festival. We continue to honor our original mission by raising money for the Seafair Scholarship Program.
